Replacement with another product – it will be shipped as soon as possible, as long as it is available in stock.
Reimbursement of the value of the product – this will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt by S.C. UNITED RECRUITMENT S.R.L of the package with the returned products, in a bank account mentioned by you.
On return, only products that accept exactly the form in which they were delivered are accepted. Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, products that have been unsealed or tested after delivery are not accepted for return,
Complaints
If the products have a defect in delivery, we can agree on compensation in the form of a voucher. You also have the right to request the removal of the defect in the form of a product replacement.

Otherwise, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement. You are required to provide us with the necessary assistance to meet the above deadline. In the event of a justified claim, we will bear the costs of returning the products.
